By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING

The Company may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning systems, and automated technologies in connection with the Site and its services, including but not limited to AI-based development tools, analytics systems, and platforms such as AudioEcho.

By using the Site or submitting any content, files, audio, text, or other materials, you acknowledge that such data may be processed, analyzed, transformed, transcribed, summarized, or enhanced using AI technologies operated by the Company or trusted service providers acting on our behalf.

The Company does not use submitted content to train public AI models unless explicitly permitted by agreement or required by law. You represent that you have the legal rights and permissions necessary to submit any data for AI processing.

AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
